BONUS: Michael Corker of Sonic the Comic Online

This week, we're going back in time to May 2018 and re-airing an interview with Michael Corker, former editor of Sonic the Comic Online. The comic was celebrating 25 years of existence at the time and Michael went on RadioSEGA's The Manic Monday Show to talk about the original physical comic, the online version that came after it, and more.

The SEGA Lounge

Welcome to the 4th and final bonus episode of The SEGA Lounge for the month of August.

The month went by really fast and preparations are well underway for the proper return of the show next week, which will also be the beginning of the final part of the current season of The SEGA Lounge.

As you may or may not know, SAGE - the Sonic Amateur Games Expo 2020 is scheduled to take place from September 5th. To coincide with that, next week's show will be entirely dedicated to the event as I'll be talking to Neo Hazard, one of the organizers, about both this year's expo and the fact that SAGE is celebrating its 20th anniversary. So make sure you don't miss the grand reopening of The SEGA Lounge next week.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves... We still have one more throwback episode.

I'm not really sure what's the current situation of StC Online as its latest issue was released almost a year ago, but it'll be nice to learn a little bit more about how a group of passionate fans picked up where their favorite artists left of and kept the comic going for so many years after it ended its physical run.
