Following the announcement of his "retirement" and "second form" at SEGA, we dedicate this week's episode of The SEGA Lounge to Master Hiroshi Kawaguchi, aka Hiro. Joining KC is SEGA music specialist Enja Hamman. Each of them share their favorite soundtracks by the prolific creator, share memories and thoughts on the games, and discuss his influence in the world of vgm.

Producer, guitarist, and overall mastermind behind the Sonic Symphony project, Shota Nakama, comes by The SEGA Lounge and discusses his humble beginnings as a gamer, and what led him into the world of music. But does he know Sonic music as well as he's supposed to?

After a two-week break for a much needed vacation, we're back with an amazing guest. Hot on the heels of the first few concerts of the Sonic Symphony World Tour, the conductor for the event, José Delgado, comes on the show. José shares his love for music and his enthusiasm for celebrating the musical history of Sonic the Hedgehog with one of the most passionate communities out there.

KC is a big fan of The Consouls band so you get to know them better on this week's show. Gamra, bassist and co-founder of this amazing video game arrangements ensemble, is on The Lounge to open the book on their origins and their work.

Joining KC this week is the winner of RadioSEGA's Fan Choice Remix of the Year 2020 award, Alec 'Iceferno' Brooke. Iceferno shares his experiences with both video games and their music and uses all of his knowledge in a musical quiz.

This week, I'm proud to be joined on The SEGA Lounge by three members of the Victory Heat Rally team. If you're not aware of it, Victory Heat Rally is an upcoming retro-style, super scaler, arcade racing game, that is heavily inspired by classic SEGA arcade racers and is currently looking for funding on Kickstarter. I sat down with Ian and Aidan from Skydevilpalm and our old friend RoBKTA, one of the soundtrack composers, to discuss the project. And we also play a musical game. This week I'm bringing back an interview first aired on RadioSEGA's The Manic Monday Show on the 26th of February 2018. The person I interviewed is Steve, aka OSC. He is a long time collaborator of mine doing music for RadioSEGA shows as well as being the director of one of the station's remix albums. He was also kind enough to do the amazing remix that serves as the theme song for the current season of The SEGA Lounge and to allow me to use some bits of his works throughout different parts of the episodes.

Joining KC this week is Roberto Bazzoni, aka RoBKTA, one of two people involved in the track that won "RadioSEGA's Fan Choice Remix of the Year 2019".

As a way of celebrating 99 episodes of The SEGA Lounge and as part of this year's WinterFest, KC looks back at some memorable moments of the show and makes a special announcement regarding the future of the Lounge.
